FOUNDER & CEO

A graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College, Allyson brings years of experience in marketing, workforce development, and entrepreneurship to every training she leads.

She’s developed impactful programming for audiences ranging from middle school students to aspiring entrepreneurs and corporate teams, and she’s covered everything from confidence and leadership to employee engagement and conflict resolution.

As the owner of two local venues and a longtime coach for small business owners, she’s helped countless entrepreneurs turn their ideas into action.

Sandspire & Co. was created as a home for the powerful, purpose-driven programs she’s built, and the new ones still to come. Today, Allyson is especially passionate about equipping women, teams, and organizations to grow with clarity, courage, and connection.

PROGRAMMING & FACILITATION

Marshall brings strength, energy, and real-world experience to every session he leads. With over a decade in the manufacturing industry, he’s a high-impact trainer known for connecting with frontline teams, rising leaders, and youth through sessions that are practical, engaging, and purpose-driven.

He’s the co-developer and lead facilitator of Build His C.R.O.W.N., a mentorship program designed to guide young men in building confidence, character, and leadership skills. As a former professional athlete, Marshall understands the value of teamwork, discipline, and communication (especially under pressure), and he brings that mindset to every room.

In addition to his work with Sandspire & Co., he’s also the co-owner of two Owensboro-based event venues and a trusted moderator for panels, retreats, and leadership events. Whether he’s leading a training, coaching young men, or helping bring an event to life, Marshall shows up with heart, humor, and a coach’s mindset.

COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING

She’s Allyson’s right hand, trusted thought partner, and all-around get-it-done force. Whether she’s managing logistics, shaping communications, snapping headshots, or making big-picture ideas actually happen, she brings clarity, creativity, and calm to the chaos.

With a background in marketing, operations, and events, she helps keep the mission of Sandspire & Co. moving forward, both behind the scenes and out in the world. Her favorite work is the kind that turns vision into action - and empowers others along the way.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Jaimie is the visual branding lead at Sandspire & Co., where she creates bold, intentional designs that bring our programs—and our clients’ identities—to life. As a freelance graphic designer, she’s built brands for dozens of small businesses and nonprofits, combining creativity with a deep understanding of what makes a visual identity truly connect.

From logos and color palettes to custom collateral and full-scale brand systems, Jaimie ensures every design feels as good as it looks—elevating ideas into visuals that speak volumes.
